FEST FORUM is a space where we diagnose common challenges by listening to a diversity of voices and opinions. Whether you represent a cultural institution, NGO, local government or you are an independent innovator – your experience matters. Choose the option that best suits your needs:

I would like to attend the conference (in person or online)

This option is dedicated to people who are looking for an intensive exchange of knowledge ‘here and now’, both in live and online meetings with organisers, experts and authorities from the festival industry.

• For whom? For industry practitioners or those on the beginning of their journey who want to take an active part in debates, workshops and networking.
• What do you gain?

It’s a digital festival backstage available all year round, regardless of event dates. Participation in the FEST FORUM community is completely free of charge.

• For whom? For anyone who wants to professionalise their activities and have constant access to the expert knowledge base.
• Your benefits:
  • Constant access to unique materials: reports, studies, articles, panel recordings and good practice databases.
  • Development support tools (e.g. document templates, case studies).
  • Possibility to network with organisers from all over Poland through an online platform.
  • Knowledge of trends and changes in the law always at hand.
  • Ability to actively participate in online discussions by commenting or asking questions.

What is the process of joining?

We care about the quality of our community, so each submission goes through a short review.

1. Fill in the form: Select the option that interests you. We will ask you about your role in the industry and the institution you represent. If you found out about us from someone in the industry – be sure to enter it in the referral field!
2. Verification: Our moderators will verify your application, for example by making sure you aren’t a robot. We want to make sure that the FEST FORUM remains a space of cultural professionals and enthusiasts.
3. Confirmation and activation:

• If you want to attend the conference: Once accepted, you will receive an email with a link to personalise your participation (selection of specific panels and workshops) and an invitation to create an account at FEST SOCIETY.
• If you want to join the community: You will receive an activation link to your knowledge platform account.
